With introduction of Automatic Meter Reading System by Water Supplies Department (WSD), Data Concentration Unit (IZAR Center) is adopted as part of the Standard Requirement for Supply and Installation of Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) Outstation (Kowloon East and Anderson Road Quarry).
